How long until my order ships?
Most orders ship within 3 to 5 business days. Custom and personalized pieces can take a little longer, and we will tell you up front.
How much is shipping?
$7.95 flat anywhere in the US by USPS Ground Advantage, and free on orders of $75 or more. Tracking comes by email once it ships.
Can I get my own name, words, or colors?
Yes. Personalized pieces have a box for your name or monogram right on the product. For anything else, use the custom order form below.
Do you take group or team orders?
We do. Churches, teams, reunions, showers, and more. Send the details and how many through the custom order form and we will get back to you with a price.
What if something is wrong with my order?
Personalized and custom pieces are made just for you, so they cannot be returned. If anything arrives damaged or not as ordered, message us within 7 days and we will make it right.
How do I pay?
Checkout is secure, with cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Your card details go straight to the payment processor and never touch this site.
How do I care for embroidered pieces?
Wash inside out on cold and hang to dry. For hats, spot clean with a damp cloth and let them air dry.
